Who we are
Hearthrealm Idle ("the game") is made and sold by ITZyla LLC ("we", "us"), also known as Zzgamez. These terms apply when you play the game on the web at playhearthrealm.com, on Android, on iOS or on PC, and when you buy anything for it. By playing or buying you agree to them.
Your account
- You can play as a guest; a guest's progress stays on that device or browser.
- You can create an account with your e-mail address to keep your progress on several devices. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One device plays an account at a time.
- We may suspend or close an account that cheats, exploits bugs on purpose, attacks our servers or breaks the law. You can delete your account at any time in the game (Settings) or by e-mail; see the Privacy Policy.
Purchases
- What we sell: the Full Game (unlocks all hero slots, levels 31-60, every zone and dungeon; includes 500 gems), the Starter Pack, and gem packs. Prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout. All are one-time payments.
- On the web, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your payment.
- In the mobile apps, purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and their terms apply to the payment.
- One purchase, one game account. A purchase belongs to the game account it was bought for and is available wherever that account signs in. It cannot be moved to another account.
- Gems and other virtual items are a limited, personal licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real-world goods, cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else, and are not personal property. Gems buy cosmetic items and bank space only.
- Items are delivered to your account right after payment is confirmed. If something does not arrive, contact us.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. A refunded purchase is removed from your account, together with any gems it included.
Licence and acceptable use
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the game, use cheats, bots or automation that interferes with the game or our servers, or try to get paid items without paying. The game, its art, music, code and names belong to ITZyla LLC.
Changes to the game
Hearthrealm Idle is in active development. We may change, balance, add or remove content and features. If we ever stop operating the game's online features, we will give notice in the game or on this site; the game remains playable offline on your device.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability to you for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard by the state and federal courts located in Michigan, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere or under other rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do; important changes are announced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
